Global Talent Visa Through Producers’ Alliance for Cinema and Television (PACT)
Unlock Your Creative Future in the UK
The Producers’ Alliance for Cinema and Television (PACT) is a Designated Competent Body under Arts Council England, responsible for assessing Global Talent Visa endorsements for professionals in:
- Film
- Television
- Animation
- Post-Production
- Visual Effects
As part of the endorsement process, PACT evaluates applicants’ achievements, skills, and industry impact based on strict criteria. To be endorsed, you must meet at least one of PACT’s criteria and align with the evidence requirements outlined by Arts Council England.
Why Choose the Global Talent Visa?
- Endorsement by a Prestigious Body: Endorsement is granted by Arts Council England (ACE), a respected body in the UK cultural sector.
- No Job Offer, No English Language Test Required: You don’t need a job offer to apply.
- No Sponsorship Needed: You're free to work for any employer, be self-employed, or start your own company.
- Path to Settlement: You can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after 3 years if endorsed as a leader (exceptional talent) or 5 years for emerging talent (promise).
- Freedom and Flexibility: No restrictions on the kind of work you do (as long as it's within your field). You can take up multiple roles, gigs, freelance projects, or run your own creative business.
- Bring Dependants: You can bring your partner and children as dependants. They are free to work or study in the UK.
- Fast-Tracked Process: The visa process can be relatively quick, especially if you already have a strong portfolio or awards.
- Prestige and Recognition: Being endorsed by ACE adds professional credibility and can boost your visibility in the UK arts and culture community.
- Access to Opportunities: Arts Council grants, Collaborations with institutions and organizations across the UK, Invitations to festivals, exhibitions, and major projects.
- No Cap on Numbers: There is no limit to the number of Global Talent Visas issued each year.
