PACT’s Role in the Global Talent Visa Process

PACT assesses applications submitted through the Home Office, which routes them via Arts Council England. You cannot apply directly to PACT.

Step-by-Step Process:

• Submit your application to the Home Office.
• Home Office routes it to Arts Council England.
• Arts Council England forwards it to PACT (if relevant).

• PACT returns its decision to Arts Council England.
• Arts Council England shares it with the Home Office.

  • Two Notable Industry Award wins (for different productions with theatrical release)
  • One win and one nomination in the last 6 years
  • Three nominations in the past 6 years
  • Significant contribution to three nominations or wins in the past 3 years
